FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern University men's and women's swimming teams welcome the University of Tampa Spartans to the NSU Aquatic Center on Saturday November 21st. The meet will be the swimming programs Shark Day with many supporters expected to attend.
The Sharks last competed two weeks ago against the Rollins Tars, a meet that the men's and women's teams both swept by scores of 121.5-68.5 and 126-72, respectively. NSU features a NCAA Division II top-five time in 11 of the 28 individual events this year, highlighted by
Thiago Sickert,
Emma Wahlstrom,
Georgina Allin,
Courtney DeVeny,
Malin Westman and
Anton Lobanov. As for Tampa, the Spartans have raced in one competitive meet this year, a meet against Florida Southern back on October 16th. The Spartans' men's team lost while their women's team tied.
